Head over to Kalispell for the 1st Annual Pet Fest<\/strong>, happening on Saturday, July 12, 2025<\/strong>, from 10 AM to 3 PM<\/strong> at the Flathead County Fairgrounds Expo Building<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This brand-new event is designed for animal lovers of all ages, bringing the community together to celebrate pets, promote animal welfare, and enjoy a full day of interactive activities, giveaways, and tail-wagging fun.<\/p>\n Admission is free<\/strong> for all\u2014families, individuals, and pets included! Whether you’re a seasoned pet owner or just love being around animals, there\u2019s something for everyone to enjoy.<\/p>\n The Humane Society of Western Montana<\/strong> will be on-site offering free core vaccines<\/strong> (including rabies) and microchipping<\/strong> for your pets. No appointment necessary\u2014just bring your pet\u2019s vaccination records if you have them.<\/p>\n More than seven local shelters and rescues will be present with adorable adoptables. It’s a great chance to meet animals in need of loving homes or connect with local rescue organizations.<\/p>\n Support local rescues by bringing unopened bags or cans of dog and cat food<\/strong>. Every donation goes directly to animals in need.<\/p>\n Explore booths offering pet-related products, free samples, educational resources, and raffle prizes.
