Every dog who comes through our Board & Train program brings something special with them—and Hops is no exception! This spunky pup has a huge personality, a goofy sense of play, and a heart full of love for his people. Let’s get to know him a little better through the eyes of his owner, Aimee.
Hops’ Signature Move
Hops doesn’t just play with toys—he puts on a show! One of his quirkiest and most entertaining habits is tossing his toys high into the air, only to catch them again like his own private game of fetch. Watching him entertain himself this way is guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.
Hops’ Dream Day
If Hops had the chance to design his perfect day, it would be action-packed and full of fun. First, he’d run to his heart’s content, chase every squirrel in sight, and enjoy a delicious steak feast. And when the adventure winds down, he’d curl up in someone’s lap for the ultimate snuggle session. For Hops, it’s all about the perfect mix of excitement and love.
If Hops Could Talk
Aimee imagines Hops would have a very specific request if he could talk for a day:
“Why can’t I get on the couch and go everywhere with you?”
His big personality makes it easy to picture him asking this question on repeat until he finally got his way!
The Perfect Job
With his determination, focus, and sharp instincts, Hops would make the perfect FBI agent. Always curious, always on the move, and never missing a thing—he’d be a top-notch investigator with a badge and wagging tail.
Superhero Alter Ego
If Hops had superpowers, they’d definitely revolve around his incredible speed. Whether chasing down squirrels or racing across the yard, this pup has “crazy fast” energy written all over him. As a superhero, Hops would be unstoppable!
Guilty Pleasure
Every pup has that one irresistible treat—and Hops has a unique one! If he had his way, he’d happily sneak a sip of wine or beer. Don’t worry though—while he dreams of drinks with the humans, he sticks to pup-safe snacks and plenty of playtime here at OLK9.
