SEDONA’S PUPDATE
We love getting to know the unique personalities of the dogs who come through our board & train program. This week, we’re excited to celebrate Sedona—a joyful, bouncy, ball-obsessed pup who brought energy, laughs, and lots of tail wags into training. From her wiggle ball antics to her superhero spirit, Sedona reminded us all just how fun training can be when you lead with heart.
Signature Move: The Wiggle/Wobble Ball Bonanza
Sedona’s go-to move? Pouncing and bouncing around her beloved Wiggle/Wobble ball. The moment that toy makes a sound, she turns into a whirlwind of joy—chasing, pawing, and playing with pure enthusiasm. It’s impossible to watch her and not smile.
Celebrity Lookalike: A One-of-a-Kind Mix
Sedona’s family describes her as a combination of llama, Afghan, and possum—and we love that! With her unique looks and playful spirit, she’s truly in a category all her own.
Sedona’s Perfect Day: Walks, Wet Food & Leslie-Time
If Sedona could plan her dream day, it would include long walks, active play, lots of wet food, and naps curled up beside Leslie. She’s equal parts high-energy and heart-melting cuddle bug.
Funniest Habit: The Ball-Play Acrobat
One of Sedona’s most memorable quirks is how she plays with her Wibble/Wobble ball. It’s a full production—leaps, spins, and joyful chaos. You can’t help but laugh every time.
If Sedona Could Speak…
She’d definitely say:
“I love you guys! Please play with me and feed me more wet food! Also… let’s go on more walks, like now!”
She’s loving, silly, and always ready to have fun.
Dream Job: Gymnast Extraordinaire
With her nimble moves and nonstop bouncing, Sedona would be a perfect gymnast. Picture her on the balance beam, or flipping joyfully through a floor routine—gold medal guaranteed.
Superhero Alter Ego: Super Sedona
Her superhero name would be Super Woman, and her powers? Jumping, bouncing, and sensing when you need a little joy. With one leap and a wiggle, she’s ready to save the day (and maybe get a treat).
Guilty Pleasure: Greenies Galore
Sedona’s treat of choice? Greenies. It doesn’t matter where you are or what you’re doing—pull out a Greenie, and you’ve got her full attention.
A Heartfelt Review from Sedona’s Family
Sedona’s owners, John and Leslie, had this to share about their board & train experience:
“We have just finished the two week boarding training! There was so much information given to us during the training. We got a daily update on how she was doing and what she was learning. Before we took her home, we learned how to use the e-collar and practiced using the remote. Sedona responded to the training so well! The consistency with training begins now with me. I will have a learning curve, but Brianna told me that I just need to practice and be consistent. I have taken home a more calm and obedient (with corrections) dog for which I am so thankful. I encourage anyone who is not sure whether or not to entrust their dog to this training program to know that the training is excellent!!! My result is a more obedient dog. Thank you Brianna and your wonderful family!!”
